United Oilfield Services has started to build a logistics and storage facility within the Lowicz subzone of the Lódz Special Economic Zone in central Poland.
The complex will be made up of seven buildings, and the general contractor is Kajima Poland, a Japanese construction company with 10 years of experience on the Polish market.
The seven buildings will have a total space of 8,862 sq m.
United Oilfield Services will use its facility to store specialist equipment and provide services related to the installation, assembly, and repair of drilling and hydraulic fracturing equipment.
The company plans to invest at least pln35 million in the zone. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
