On April 28, we celebrate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work and the International Day of Remembrance for Victims of Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases. The International Labor Organization has dedicated today to the fight against infectious diseases at work, in particular the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this context, it is worth mentioning not only the importance of organizational and preventive activities undertaken by us in connection with the pandemic, but above all the fact that safety, health and accident-free work, in accordance with the implemented in UOS Drilling S.A. HSE policy, the highest value for us.
Identification of threats and estimation of risk levels allow building a conscious approach of the management and employees at every level to their own safety and the safety of others. Systematic online training in preventing and limiting the risk of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection increases the level of knowledge of our employees, thereby allowing safe organization of work. Our activities meet the requirements of the occupational health and safety management system implemented in the company, according to PN-N 18001: 2004 and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007.
