On 13-14 March 2018 in Rzeszów, the 11th Europe - Ukraine Forum took place, which is one of the key events organized by the Institute for Eastern Studies. Dr Cezary Filipowicz, Vice President of the Management Board of United Oilfield Services Sp. z o.o. took part in the panel on "How to break the dominance of Russian suppliers? Changes in the gas market in Central and Eastern Europe".

Panelists discussed, among others on the challenges arising from the planned modification of the principles of gas supply from Russia to Western Europe and new rules of cooperation after the reform of the gas market in Ukraine.
