On June 20, 2013 United Oilfield Services and Wisent Oil & Gas signed a strategic partnership agreement detailing their cooperation on both the exploration and extraction of crude oil and natural gas.
The first result of the agreement, will be the hydraulic fracturing that United Oilfield Services will do for Wisent Oil & Gas in Rodele town (horizontal hole) and in Babiak town (vertical hole), which are based on "Kętrzyn" and "Lidzbark warmiński" concessions. These works are planned to be done for late July-early August 2013.

These attributes are consistent with our strategy based on considerable experience of exploration and production of unconventional hydrocarbons as well as an executive skills in this area. UOS has already done for us seismic acquisition services on "Węgorzewo" and "Gołdap" concessions. These efforts, professionalism and experience of the crew, also have important implications for the decision of keeping cooperation with UOS - Mr. Skrobowski added.
