One of the principal foundations of UOS Drilling S.A. is to ensure highest safety standards for employees and for the natural environment.

Work conducted by UOS Drilling S.A. is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, technical standards and best practices inherent in the drilling sector.

Legal requirements are compiled into an Integrated Management System (IMS), which incorporates HSE procedures as its inseparable element.

 

Health and Safety of employees is one of the top priorities during UOS Drilling S.A. activities. An individual is an intrinsic figure within the Company’s structure.

The safety of employees can be measured by the accident-free work environment. Identification of risks and estimation of risk levels enables a conscious approach of all the staff to their own and other people’s safety, as well as environmental preservation awareness. Systematical courses and trainings raise the level of knowledge of the entire UOS crew, thus enabling a safe planning of work.

Meeting the requirements of the implemented safety management system and work hygiene compliant with PN-ISO 45001:2018, UOS Drilling S.A. increases safety and quality levels of services in an organized and systematical manner and continuously improves work ethics in respect of HSE principles.

During realization of projects, UOS Drilling S.A. employees are guided by the principle of sustainable development. Environmental footprint is kept at a minimum by utilization of highest-quality equipment, compliant with legal regulations with emphasis on regulations related to HSE. All of UOS employees are obliged to abide by provisions in force and to conduct work in an environmentally-friendly manner. The implemented system of environmental management, compliant with ISO 14001:2015, attests the commitment of all employees to the identification of environmental aspects and minimization of environmental hazards, as well as responsibility for the surrounding nature.
