For over 20 years we have been drilling salt deposits for the construction of underground oil and fuel storage facilities. For IKS Solino S.A. we have completed, among others, several dozen such wells.
Our customer is also the domestic gas pipeline operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. for which have made two exploration wells on the Damasławek Salt Mine.

UOS Drilling S.A. can boast of extensive experience in comprehensive geothermal well drilling. In recent years over 90% of all geothermal wells drilled in Poland have been drilled by UOS Drilling S.A. (formerly G-Drilling S.A.). The contracts are executed in the „turnkey” formula.

We are pleased to announce that today, in a consortium with Energy Solutions Sp. z o.o. we signed an agreement with MPEC-Konin Sp. z o.o. for the construction of a Geothermal Heating Plant in Konin.
We are unrivaled in the production of freezing plates. In 2011, we carried out such a project for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for the deepening of the GG-1 shaft.
As part of the investment, we made 43 freezing wells with a depth of 440÷700 m on a ring with a diameter of 16 m. In 2018, we completed a similar project in which we drilled 42 freezer wells, 490 m deep, with a deviation of less than 0.5m.
The investment was carried out for the needs of sinking the shaft „Grzegorz”, which will be exploited by TAURON Wydobycie S.A.
For nearly 40 years we have been supporting PGE Group in the drainage of subsequent coal seams in the Bełchatów Brown Coal Mine. Within the framework of these works, using a hammer system we perform, among others, large diameter wells (670-960 mm) with a depth of 250-300 m.
In 2015 as part of the investment carried out for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. we drilled 4 wells for the central air-conditioning system at the Rudna mine. Using 13 3/8 (339.7 mm) wells, ice water is pumped into the underground air-conditioning system, which enables people to work at greater depths.
On April 28, we celebrate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work and the International Day of Remembrance for Victims of Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases. The International Labor Organization has dedicated today to the fight against infectious diseases at work, in particular the COVID-19 pandemic.
We celebrate Earth Day on April 22. On this occasion, it is worth mentioning that the company UOS Drilling S.A. has implemented and maintains the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015, PN-EN ISO 14001: 2015, PN-N 18001: 2004 / OHSAS 18001: 2007.
On October 9-11, 2019 UOS Drilling SA supported the Polish Salt Mining Association by participating in the 24th International Salt Symposium "Quo Vadis Sal", which this year took place at the ARCHE Sugar Factory Żnin conference center in the province Kujawsko-Pomorskie.

On December 6, another Municipal Christmas tree took place in Łowicz. As in previous years, United Oilfield Services supported this event. There were, of course, gifts, Santas and Christmas trees.

On the 3rd of August 2013 a grand opening of United Oilfield Services’ logistic-warehouse base took place in Łowicz. Construction works lasted 12 months. Cost of the investment reached 39 million PLN. By the end of the year another 9,5 mln PLN is going to be invested. A special guest of United Oilfield Services was the Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
United Oilfield Services has won the tender issued by Lane Energy Poland for drilling of shale gas wells in Poland. The companies have signed a contract for drilling two wells with options to drill one to two additional wells on Lane Energy Poland concessions located in the Baltic Basin. The works are planned in the fourth quarter of 2013 and the first half-year of 2014.
On June 20, 2013 United Oilfield Services and Wisent Oil & Gas signed a strategic partnership agreement detailing their cooperation on both the exploration and extraction of crude oil and natural gas.

United Oilfield Services has started to build a logistics and storage facility within the Lowicz subzone of the Lódz Special Economic Zone in central Poland. The complex will be made up of seven buildings, and the general contractor is Kajima Poland.
United Oilfield Services attended 23nd OIL-GAS AGH 2012 Conference, which took place in Krakow, on 29-31 May, 2012. The Conference’s main theme was development of the unconventional gas fields in Poland and its title was:UNCONVENTIONAL GAS IN POLAND.
From the 25th till the 27th of April 2012 United Oilfield Services took part in the 3rd edition of ‘East meets West’ called Krakow International Student Petroleum Congress. The organizer of the congress was the Polish student section of the SPE.
Warsaw, 18 April 2012 Polish Enterprise Fund VI (PEF VI), a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors (EI), announced today that it will provide $28 million of equity financing for a minority interest in United Oilfield Services (UOS) and join the Board of Directors of the company.
March 6, 2012, the conference "MAGIC OF FRACTURING" was held, organized by United Oilfield Services and Polish Geological Institute-National Research Institute. The aim of the conference was to discuss the potential of Polish shale gas, shale oil and tight gas, and the newest developments in Shale Fracturing.
