Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly driven and pro-active Business Analyst who shall be part of Business Development team. The Business Analyst prepares budgets, forecasts with variance analysis; collects, analyses and presents business data with regard to projects performance for all the services.

 

Place of work: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares annual budgets for the three service units, Geophysical, Drilling and Fracturing and, for Business Development unit.
• Provides reports for monthly financial reporting in coordination with financial controller for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaison with Contracts and Finance to perform business analysis for projects including budgeting, forecasting and quarterly variance analysis.
• Prepares projects actual vs. forecast analysis, and track business performance indicators.
• Prepares reports for summarizing the project activities across the three divisions.
• Analyzes market, competitor accomplishment and industry structures.
• Updates and maintains related procedures and other documentation as necessary.

Experience/Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English language.
